Abbey and Jerry’s Reception
Abbey is my very good friend whom I have known for 15 years! I was so happy that I was able to photograph her reception. Her and Jerry are a great couple and as you can tell from the photographs…meant for each other. Their actual wedding was in Negril, Jamaica on a beautiful white beach. Their reception was in Charles City, IA…after a white winter snowstorm.

Patricia and Jacob and their frosty engagement session {part two}
I met up with Patricia and Jacob at Sunset Park in Rock Island and then we went to downtown Rock Island for some urban city shots. I think they turned out beautifully! A nice mix of nature and city. You would never know from looking at the photos that the high that day was 15 degrees. They were great sports. We managed to stay out for a good hour with a few warm up breaks mixed in. These two are so natural and casual and that makes their pictures look amazing. I am so excited for their wedding in July!

Murphy/Oliveri Wedding
This wedding took place a couple of days after Christmas. The Murphys were previous clients and I was so honored when Sara asked me to do their wedding. The ceremony and reception took place in Iowa City at One Twenty Six. It was so very classy and a ton of fun!

My good friend Suzy and her very cute family!
I met up with Suzy and her family at their home in Clive, IA. Levi was all smiles the whole time…such a happy little boy. I took his pictures when he was five months old and he has grown so much since then. It was so much fun!
